Our main course program. Focused on increasing each individuals work capacity while building lifelong physical preparedness. A structured training program that helps you move better, get stronger, and feel athletic again. How often should i do this program?
We believe this program should be part of your life, not for a few months but something you can sustain for years to come. With that long term goal in mind we recommend training 3-4 session per week.
