At Beach Box Training Co., recovery is just as important as the workouts. Our dedicated recovery space is available exclusively to our members, offering a structured routine of wellness designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay consistent with your training.

The space features a Hyperice massage guns, Normatec compression boots, a state-of-the-art traditional sauna and cold plunge, giving you all the tools to boost circulation, reduce fatigue, and enhance performance. For added convenience, we also offer on-site showers and locker rooms, so you can refresh and reset after every session.
