MEMBERSHIP POLICY

◦ MEMBERSHIP POLICY

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

All cancellations require 30 days written notice

  • Requests must be sent to: info@beachboxtrainingcompany.com

  • Memberships remain active during the 30 day notice period.

  • Once a membership charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

    • The only exception is an accidental or duplicate charge - which we’re always happy to correct.

  • If the next billing date falls within the 30 day notice period, members are still responsible for payment. 

Membership pauses/holds

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for $50 per month.

  • Programming and leaderboard access remains available while on pause/hold.

Upgrades

  • Switching from a punch card to membership - takes effect immediately.

Downgrades

  • Switching from a membership to a punchcard - require 30 days written notice (same as cancellations).
