MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
All cancellations require 30 days written notice

Requests must be sent to: info@beachboxtrainingcompany.com

Memberships remain active during the 30 day notice period.

Once a membership charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

The only exception is an accidental or duplicate charge - which we’re always happy to correct.

If the next billing date falls within the 30 day notice period, members are still responsible for payment.
Membership pauses/holds

Memberships may be placed on hold for $50 per month.

Programming and leaderboard access remains available while on pause/hold.

Upgrades

Switching from a punch card to membership - takes effect immediately.
Downgrades

Switching from a membership to a punchcard - require 30 days written notice (same as cancellations).
