MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
All cancellations require 30 days written notice

Requests must be sent to: info@beachboxtrainingcompany.com

Memberships remain active during the 30 day notice period

Once a membership charge has been processed, it is non-refundable

The only exception is an accidental or duplicate charge - which we’re always happy to correct

Membership pauses/holds
-
Memberships may be placed on hold for $50 per month
-
Programming and leaderboard access remains available while on pause/hold
membership plan changes
Upgrades
-
Switching from a punch card to membership - take effect immediately
Downgrades
-
Switching from a membership to a punchcard - require 30 days written notice (same as cancellations)
