who we are
Established in 2013 as CrossFit Beach Box, we became a staple name rooted in the heart of Redondo Beach, CA – guiding people toward better living through purposeful fitness & community. What started as a small yet simple space for movement in our first location shown above, has since grown into a community where training hard, recovering smart, and connecting with others isn’t just encouraged, it’s how we do life.
Today, we're proud to operate as Beach Box Training Company in our beautiful 3,500+ sq. foot Redondo Beach location that provides more space for our members to train with purpose, recover with intention and connect with a community who pushes you to be the best you can be every single day. We build stronger bodies, sharper minds and deeper connections that last a lifetime.

We don’t believe in fitness as a solo hustle. We believe in showing up, being seen, being challenged, and being supported. Whether you’re new to training or you’re a seasoned athlete, we created Beach Box Training Co. so you’ll always have a place to belong.
Our coaches bring purpose, expertise and bring the belief that you have more in you than you think. Our space brings more than just top of the line workout equipment, including a premium recovery space dedicated to all of our athletes and members.
